TURNING 2 AND DON'T HAVE A CLUE?

On what your little birthday girl should wear either for pictures, a party, church, or to just feel like a princess on her special day!!

Here is my" Monday Fun Feature" for the week:
Does your little girl have a special #2 Birthday coming up and then I'm sure parties to attend?! MISS BROOKLYN has a perfect solution to her wardrobe needs!!

Because my little girl turned 2 Wed, yes I am sad in case you are wondering, I thought it would be appropriate to make the first of the week feature a beautiful smocked dress with  a cake and two birthday candles on it(my fav detail of the dress). The owner took off some of the length to make it easier for her little one to play in at the party but I just let it back out to make it longer and that way the new owner can have the length adjusted if they wanted. These pictures were taken with the length taken up so now it can go more towards mid calf if you prefer the longer style bishop dresses. I love the longer dresses but also know that it is harder for them to go up steps, slide, jump, etc...really depends on the occasion. This dress is TDF and so precious on too. It was worn twice and is in great condition.  I had Brooklyn model it for me and she thought she was big stuff. This dress is from The Toggery and retail is $52.00. It is a Rosalina Collection size 24m dress. Enjoy!

Price today: $17.00. That's almost 65% off retail. The first person that requests it at brookeverdell@sbcglobal.net gets it for the 17.00 price. Enjoy!
Here is some pics of Brooklyn showing out in it.

Do you love Pottery Barn Kids?? I have the cutest little boys nursery set just in from a client and it is adorable. It was only used for a year and is to die for. I'm talking the bed skirt, bumper, quilt, two sets of sheets, bassinet sheets, window treatments, frames, canvas art from PBK, three framed pics to match bedding for the wall, another piece of wall art that is for putting special things on in the nursery from PBK, frames, a georgeous PBK rug that is still in its orginal packaging for storage and has all of the info inside on care for it, the colors of this PBK set is blues, orange, brown, green red, taupe, and white. I told my husband just seeing it made me want to have another baby boy just so I could use it. I love the detail and stitching of Pottery Barn and I promise if you want something from PBkids for your nursery don't spend over 1,000 to get the look and quailty you are going for. If you want more info on this set just let me know and I can email you the pics of this set. Hurry bec it won't last long. It is fromt he 2007 line so is still very current and then has a great resale value. Hey you could even use it then turn around and have me sell it for you and basically get back most of your money. This is what I do for most of my girls clothing and toys. If you shop just right and get the high quality item at the right price then the turn around basically pays for itself and then you aren't out any money in the end. Ask me how I do this and I will be happy to share. Remember the only fees I have is if I sell an item for you directly. I don't make a dime unless the item sells and when it does I take 30% and you keep the rest. So you don't have anything to loose because I don't make anything unless I sell your item. For ex if you have a smocked dress you want me to sell for you. It cost 60.00. You got it last year after season on sale for $30. Your little girl wore it and now you want to sell it. I sell it for $25.00 My fee is $7.50 and your take home is $18. That means you basically bought a dress that would have been 60 for $12.00 if you buy it on sell and then let me sell it for you. Of course the item must still look great to sell it for that price and be in style and not out dated. I find it best to sell stuff the next year at the longest two if I want to get the best turn around. This method generally works better with higher end items but I have another method for items from Gymboree, Gap, and Children's Place, and Old Navy. Hope this helps explain a little more on how I can save you money or make you money for the items that are just sitting in storage or that you know you or your child isn't using anymore. Thanks so much for all of your support and for passing the word around. I have more items than I ever thought possible when starting helping others sell items just a year ago. I'm very excited to see where this new adventure takes us.

That Thursday Feature

As a mom of 3 I know how valuable your time is and how hard it is to find extra time to sell the items in your home no longer needed. I started to have a love for selling on Ebay 5 years ago just for the things our kids had outgrown with each season. Then started selling for my family and friends bec they wanted to make $ too. After selling hundreds of items for others I now have a business specializing in just this! Only with my services you get 70% of the profit. Because I've been there and done that. Moving on to my "that Thursday" feature. Every week I will feature one item on any given day with a theme. This one is" that Thursday". Instead of full price you get a discount because this item has already been there and done, just like me.

Girls Baby Bedding
Tag says $170 plus tax and several other items included like the valance that alone was 40.00.
check out the pics of it in the room.

As always all of my items come from a smoke free home. This item comes from a smoke and pet free environment and is it excellent to like new condition. Please note the seller says that the middle piece of material you are seeing in the picture of the top of the bedding is just a burp cloth and not part of the bedding. Hopefully it doesn't distract you from the detail of the design. This set includes the crib skirt, bumper pads, sheets, quilt, valance, and light pink sheer drapes. In like new condition. This is so girly and sweet. Now accepting best offer. And yes..free delivery for local buyers.

light pale pink/green flowers

very soft and pretty

A burp cloth is in the middle of the bed on the pic of it in the baby's room so please note that this isn't part of the design nor set. This would be great for your baby girl or maybe even you are a Grandma that needs a set to go with the crib for when your grand-daughter comes to visit. You are more than welcome to just come look before committing to a bid since I know how different things look in person vs pictures. Call or email for more pics and details about this set. brookeverdell@sbcglobal.
