A must have in my opinion for all breastfeeding Moms is a great breast pump. It can save you a lot of frustration and time to be able to pump efficiently and effectively and this model will do the trick. It doesn't even compare to manual pumps. If wanting to breast feed I would recommend to all an electric pump and Medela is top quality and easy to find replacement accessories as well. Accessory kits are for sale at Target, Babies r Us and you might even be able to find new kits cheaper through online companies that just sale this type of stuff. You will need the suction cups, values, bottle kit, and storage system (either bags, bottles, etc) since this pump includes brand new tubing. It is not recommended that you use an accessory kit like tubing or valves that have been used. In my opinion as long as you have a new accessory kit which can be anywhere from 12-40.00 you will have all you need for a positive, safe and effective breastfeeding experience with this particular pump.Again this was only used a handful of times by my client who is a RN and this was taken excellent care of and sterilized.
